Toaster Roadster

Circa 1940 toaster, doorknob wheels, 

binoculars for dashboard and headlights, industrial threads pools for carburetors, torch nozzle exhaust pipes, and sculpted and painted clay figure.

Size: 18 x 8 x 7 inches.

Shortwave

Copper plating on wood base with inlaid bead embroidery and found objects. Head consists of a hand drill, radio dial plate, oil lamp parts and other antique parts.

Mrs. Tesla

Head is made of a tube from a antique battery tester invented by Nikola Tesla. Necklace is made of fuses from the 1950's era Soviet Union. Upper body is hammered copper with embroidered beads and found objects. Lower body is paper clay with embedded typewriter parts.

Carved wood and epoxy clay head with faux brass finish, bead embroidered insets with found objects, polished stones and brass etched cabochons.

Brass City

Created for the Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury CT to celebrate the city's history and culture. The piece is made of found objects, etched brass, bead embroidery and hand dyed fabric.
